Shipping policy
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and an additional1-5 business days for your order to be delivered to you. (Please note severe weather conditions and COVID-19 may impact delivery time.) We do not ship on weekends Friday-Sunday or on holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day) All standard shipping orders are shipped via USPS Mail and take 3-5 business days to ship. All Priority shipping orders are shipped via USPS Mail and take 1-3 business days to ship. All orders receive a tracking number via text or email. Once you receive your tracking # please track it immediately to verify your shipping address is correct. If you find a missing error please update the errors immediately on USPS website to ensure your package gets to you. If you are unable to update your shipping address on the website please visit your local usps office so that they can help you fix the error.
* PLEASE NOTE * We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any package delays or damaged packages during transit. We are not responsible for any errors you made at checkout Ex: (used wrong shipping address) if your order says it has been Delivered and you didn’t receive it you need to notify usps for further assistance. If your package gets sent back to us we will contact you so that we can send it back to you and update your correct shipping address however we will not be responsible for any extra usps shipping fees. ( You may need to pay for a new shipping label.) Always double check your address so you won’t find yourself without a package. To avoid any lost package due to shipping errors let us know before we process your order. You will receive a confirmation email or text once you place your order please view your information immediately to make sure everything is accurate. If you you live in an area where packages are known to get lost or stolen. Please select priority shipping at checkout for your order to include insurance to your package incase it gets lost, or stolen. You may also contact usps directly and ask them to hold your package at your local usps office. This service is offered to you for FREE. What to do if you have a *Lost/Stolen Package*
You must contact usps directly: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ usps keeps all shipping information on file and will better serve you than us. (WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE) We are responsible for processing your order and packaging it in the safest way. Once your order is sent out to usps we are not responsible for your package. Please take serious precautions on your order. No one knows your area better than you.
